As doctors who spend each day speaking with patients experiencing pain, we know the effects that living with pain can cause. Research has shown that many would benefit from a form of physical therapy, but too many either:

  • Can’t leave work for regular visits to a clinic
  • Find the high cost of multiple co-pays prohibitive
  • Are limited by their insurance plan

We knew there had to be a better way—a convenient alternative that is designed around individual needs, guided by orthopaedic principles and best practices, and highly affordable. When we couldn’t find a service that met these needs, we created one.

SimpleTherapy now offers video-based, head-to-toe exercise therapy programs that target the joint, muscle, tendon, and/or ligament that are causing you distress.

We listen to what you tell us about your pain and suggest a customized exercise therapy program drawn from the hundreds of videos available in our library. We activate each of your subsequent custom sessions based upon your own feedback.

Our video exercise therapy is designed so that it fits your life — on your own time, in the comfort of your own home, or anywhere you’d like.
